The College Office is responsible for supporting the College’s governance structure; for the preparation and dissemination of information concerning College committees, personnel and procedures, formal occasions and internal news; and for dealing with enquiries. Our college academic administrators Respond to and resolve student academic issues, programs and concerns. Coordinate with teachers in developing academic curriculum for students. Monitor students' academic progress and performances. They ensure that the organization runs smoothly and they also manage facilities.
Our College Office Administrator plays a key role in the smooth running of the College Office, supporting the College Principal. File clerks and computer operator maintain electronic or paper records. They enter and retrieve data, organize records, and file documents.
Our Office Clerk's and Computer Operator’s do their responsibilities by answering phones, taking messages, handling mail and scheduling appointments etc., Other everyday duties include collecting information, faxing and scanning, making copies and data entry.
