Electoral Literacy Club An Electoral Literacy Club is a platform to engage school / College students through interesting activities and hands-on experience to sensitise them on their electoral rights and familiarise them with the electoral process of registration and voting. ELCs are present in colleges and rural communities. At ELCs, learning meets fun. Activities and Games are designed to stimulate and motivate students provoking them to think and ask questions. Through ELC, Election Commission of India, aims at strengthening the culture of electoral participation among young and future voters.

SVEEP Activities on Various Occasions such as Elections/SSR etc. Activities under Systematic Voters’ Education and Electoral Participation (SVEEP) Programme are undertaken to educate the electors regarding procedure relating to registration of name in Electoral Roll, correct of their existing particulars in Electoral Roll and deletion of name of shifted and deceased family members. SVEEP activities are also meant to inform about various online, offline facilities available to voters regarding ethical voting like how to cast vote, how to help the election machinery to prevent corrupt practices during election etc.
The goal of the electoral literacy club is to encourage young people and potential voters to vote.
The primary goal of ELC is to raise knowledge of the "Right to Vote" among students, professors, and the general public. to encourage critical thought on problems with voting rights, democracies, and their procedures. The ELC strives to inform prospective voters about registration and other election procedures, such as EVM/VVPAT. to promote ethical voting, cultivate a culture of voting, and uphold the values of "every vote counts" and "no voters to be left behind."
The ELC members will get together once a week to have closed or open group talks about pertinent issues.
To raise voter awareness, they will plan events like outreach campaigns and on-campus initiatives with certain groups. They will work toward the objective of creating and maintaining the club's literature.
